Preliminary review of the work related to the formulation of a code of conduct for transnational corporations

Abstract

The basic objective of the code, which is consistent with the Lagos Plan of Action, is to provide internationally agreed machinery within which the countries can institute measures for regulating and controlling the activities of transnational corporations.
