Abstract
Le présent rapport a pour objet de présenter les résultats des travaux du consultant en communications relatifs à la préparation du troisième rapport et final sur l'exécution de la deuxième Décennie des Nations Unies pour les transports et communications en Afrique (UNTACDA II: 1991- 2000). Les travaux se sont déroulés du 14 juin au 13 aout 2001 au siège de la CEA à Addis-Abeba en Ethiopie, sous la responsabilité et l'encadrement de la division RCID.
