Report of ECA activities in the implementation of UNTACDA II programme in 1991-1992

Abstract

This newsletter is intended to keep readers informed of important past and future events of the Decade programme. As far as possible, it will include information on the implementation of the Decade programme, general information in the field of transport and communications, as well as professional and technical articles on specific topics in the transport and communications sectors. The newsletter, therefore, offers an opportunity for individuals to make contributions of articles on experiences of the management of these systems, or articles of any other relevance to the sector.
