Report of the second ECA/UNCTAD African regional seminar on the multilateral trade negotiations

Abstract

The purpose of the Seminar was to review current issues in multilateral trade negotiation and their implications for African countries, to discuss subjects of special interest to African countries, and to assist African developing countries to harmonize their policies and strategies with regard to the negotiations.
