Abstract
This paper focuses on the document delivery technologies and the appropriate use. Document delivery is one of the major user services of an information system. It also refers to the delivery of all kinds of documents (abstracts, full text, graphics, maps, mimeographs, etc.). this paper discusses three most recent technologies for document delivery in Africa: (CD-ROM, electronic communications and facsimile).
