Report of a mission to Nigeria

Abstract

The mission was undertaken with a view to organizing and conducting a ub1ic administration workshop for senior police officers participating in "C" course 13/90. However, on arrival' in Jos, the Senior Regional Adviser was requested (vide a letter from the Inspector-General of Police attached as Appendix Ai to prepare a paper or! "Comparative perspective of the 1Tigerj.a Police, Non-African Third World countries, and Police in developed capitalist countries", and. Present same at the first seminar organized for commissioners of police, assistant inspectors-general, and deputy inspectors general of police.
