Abstract
From the inception of UNICEF up to mid-1960, UNICEF aid has been given for 150 child care projects in 42 countries and territories on the African continent. Of these, 24 projects have been complete with respect to the Fund's assistance; UNICEF is currently helping 126 projects in 37 countries and territories.
