Abstract
The main objective of the strategies for the revitalization recovery and growth of Africa's trade in the 1990s and beyond is to improve the quality of life by, inter alia, increasing productivity in the rural areas thereby providing all people, especially in the rural areas, with adequate and constant supplies of better quality goods, essential commodities and services.
