Report of the third conference of the Lusaka MULPOC council of ministers, held at Mulungushi hall, Lusaka, Republic of Zambia, on the 4th November 1977
Abstract
This report is a summary of the discussions which took place during the third Conference of the Lusaka MULPOC Council of Ministers and indicate the main decisions and recommendations on the work programme and priority projects to be implemented by the Lusaka MULPOC during 1978. The Council of Ministers also considered ways and means of obtaining additional financial resources to fill the gap between the available financial resources and the total resources required in order to implement fully the selected priority projects in the
work programme.
