The expert consultation on a System of socio economic Indicators for African Planners was held at ECA Headquarters, Addis Ababa, from 23 to 27 January 1984, The meeting was opened by Mr. W. M. Wamalwa, officer Charge of the ECA on behalf of the Executive Secretary, Prof. Adebayo Adedeji who was away on mission.
