Abstract
The hydro electric potential of Africa represents approximately one third of the total world potential. It is mainly situated on rivers like the Nile, Niger, Senegal and Zambesi, which flow through the territory of several countries, so that its development raises problems of international law on the solution of which it may be useful to provide some facts, at least for information.
