Résumé
The study on basic chemicals and fertilizers in West Africa has been prepared by the Battelle Institute as consultants to the ECA. It is based on certain assumptions and premises given to the consultants by the ECA secretariat arising from the report of the West Africa Industrial Co-ordination Mission. The study is concerned with immediate possibilities of development of some basic chemical industries, particularly those associated with the production of fertilizers.
