This volume is the second edition of the Roster of African Women Experts. In comparison with the first issue this one has a wider geographical and subject scope as well as a bigger number of experts (508). We included into the second edition of the Roster only those candidates who met our criteria which were as follows: - Nationality (i.e. any African state); - Educational qualifications (at least the first degree); - Work Experience (at least five years for those with the first degree and at least three years for those with the second degree) in the field of expertise
