Abstract
The technical Advisory Council will provide a region wide professional and technical link between national and sub regional working group and the secretariat unit of ECA serving the Intergovernmental Regional Committee on Human Settlements. Specifically, it will assist and training programme. It will facilitate contacts with research and financial institutions and will review, analyze and access achievements and shortcoming under the programme of work in the field of human settlements in the region.
