Abstract
The twenty-second meeting of the Committee of Experts of the Conference of African Ministers of Finance, Planning and Economic Development was held in the United Nations Conference Center, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia from 29-31 May 2003. Mr. Lesetja Kganyago, Chairman of the Bureau of the Committee of Experts delivered the opening statement. This was followed by a statement by Mr. K.Y. Amoako, Executive Secretary of the Economic Commission for Africa (ECA).
