Résumé

This paper focuses on study on fleet-planning and financial study on the joint CEPGL airline. A fresh initiative was taken by MULPOC in 1991 by contacting the three national airlines. The present study is part of this same initiative, the delay being due to the political problems that were created in the sub region.
