Abstract
Program budgeting activities include provision of guidelines and support services to program managers in the preparation of program budget proposals including the review of the budget submissions in compliance with the secretary General's directives on the budget preparation, of annual overhead, clinic, and project budget documents, and monitoring of the utilization of resources.
