Delivering as one for Africa : the regional coordination mechanism (RCM) of UN agencies and organizations
Abstract
Africa's economic and social challenges are both severe and persistent, and they are drawing increasing international attention and a significance expansion of the activities of the United Nations (UN) in Africa in recent years'. But the seriousness of the challenges and the response to them require the UN organizations working in Africa to reassess the way they do business in the region.
