Sharing global experience,expectations for the forthcoming fourth world conference on women in Beijing proposals and strategies for harmonization with local circumstances

Abstract

Two major World events for women will take place in Beijing, China September 1995. These events are: The Fourth World Conference on Women and the NGO Forum on Women Beijing 1995 from 4-15 September and from 30th August to 8 September 1995 respectively. The two events hold great promise for all women in the world and the events present a great opportunity for women to have their say and have their voices heard. The two meetings at Beijing will also offer opportunities for organizing, mobilizing, advocating, educating, communicating, networking lobbying, negotiating and the like.
