Abstract
The mission was undertaken to participate in a NEPAD workshop organized by the African Development Bank (ADB) and the New Partnership for Africa's Development (NEPAD) Secretariat. The workshop was organized for discussing the Short-term and Medium-long term Action Plan under NEPAD covering transport (all modes), energy, water, including information and communications technology (ICT) sectors.
