The meeting to validate the Training Manual on the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Programme was co-organized and hosted by the Government of Nigeria in Abuja Nigeria. It was attended by experts from the ministries in charge of gender, trade and industry and planning, as well as experts from NGOs involved in development related activities in Nigeria, Gambia and Ghana. The meeting was also attended by experts from 3 training institutions, namely the Pan-African Institute for Development (PAID) for Central Africa, PAID for West Africa and ABANTU for Development who facilitated the meeting. SRDC West Africa was also represented. Altogether, there were 33 participants.
