Abstract
The Conference or Ministers at its Twenty-Second Meeting held from 6 to 8 May 1996 in Addis Ababa discussed the ECA Multinational Programming and Operational Centers (MULPOCs) in the context or its deliberations on the Commissions new strategic directions to serve Africa better.
