Report of the first meeting of the council of ministers of the PTA for Eastern and Southern Africa 22 - 25 June 1982
Abstract
This first meeting was convened in compliance with Article 11 of the PTA Treaty and the decision of the Summit Conference of Heads of State and Government held in Lusaka on 21 December 1981 which called for the convening of the council of Ministers of the PTA to initiate the implementation process of the PTA.
