Report of the third extraordinary conference of Ministers of Trade, Finance and Planning of Eastern and Southern Africa

Abstract

The third extraordinary conference of ministers of trade, finance and planning of Eastern and Southern Africa was held in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, from 12-15 October 1981. The meeting was formally opened by comrade Berhanu Bayeh, member of the standing committee of the provisional military Administrative council end of the executive committee of the commission of the organize the party of the working people of Ethiopia.
