Résumé
This paper focuses on eighteenth meeting of the conference of ministers issues before the conference: executive summary. And the paper presents in synoptic form the key issues which the eighteenth Conference of Ministers will consider. It is intended to help the Ministers obtain a quick grasp of matters which are more lengthily explained in the preparatory documents before their technical experts.
