Abstract
Le Mécanisme opérationnel décrit ci-dessous présente les différentes phases à travers lesquelles le Programme de suivi et d'évaluation du Plan d'action africain pourrait être exécuté. Il sera mis en ceuvre dans le cadre de la préparation, à l’échelle régionale et mondiale, des réunions d'examen de Beijing-HO, pour organiser les activités de suivi qui seront menées en 2002 et 2003. Les activités dévaluation seront, quant à elles, menées en 2004.
