Report of the second ECA/AAU conference of vice-chancellors, presidents and rectors of institutions of higher learninng in Africa: Mbabane, Swaziland, 18-22 February 1985
Abstract
The first ECA/AAU Conference of Vice-Chancellors, Presidents and Rectors of institutions of higher learning in Africa was held in January 1982 in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The Conference addressed itself to the issue of the contribution of the institutions of higher learning in Africa to the implementation of the Lagos Plan of Action and subsequently adopted a number of recommendation thereon.
