The Intergovernmental Committee on the-Constitution of the African Remote Sensing Council 'and Budgetary matters met at -the -Kenyatta .Conference Centre, Nairobi, Kenya, from 4 to 7 January 1977 The meeting was opened by a representative of the secretariat of the' United Nations Economic Commission for .Africa on behalf of .the Executive Secretary. The meeting was attended by representatives of the following countries: the Ivory Coast, Kenya, Morocco, Nigeria, Swaziland, Uganda, the Upper Volta, Zaire, the 'Congo, Egypt, the; Empire of Central Africa, Ghana, the .Libyan Arab Republic,the Sudan, and the United Republic of Tanzania. .:
