Implementation of the Yamoussoukro declaration assessment, lessons and proposed amendments for the establishment of an appropriate legal framework
Abstract
The 1980s have been characterized among other things by far-reaching changes in the design and implementation of policies in the civil aviation industry particularly by deregulation in the United States and the liberalization of air transport in Europe. Throughout the world a series of appropriate measures were taken to ensure the harmonization and development of safer, more efficient and more competitive air services.
