This paper focuses on the preparation of correspondence courses remains a relatively complicated matter, as three essential features are required if it is to be functional; Such preparation must provide the elements of a balanced training; It must impart knowledge applicable to conditions encountered in the field; It must leave scope for uninterrupted further training.
