Major themes requiring national action in the field of human settlements : note by the Secretary-General of the conference
Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to locate the Habitat Conference within the recent evolution of thinking about the development process and to show the linkage between the major themes and issues so far identified by the Secretariat and the Preparatory Committee.
