The Fourth Annual Meeting of the West African Sub-Regional Committee of the Association of African Central Banks was held in the Auditorium of the Bank of Ghana, Accra from the 2nd to the 3rd of May, 1974. Dr. Amon Nikoi, of the Bank of Ghana and Chairman the West African Sub-Regional Committee for 1973/74 presided over the meeting.
