Reference list of household budget - consumption surveys carried out in Africa

Abstract

The aim of the present paper is to make available the contents of this card, index for research workers and to draw attention- to at the gaps in the information so that they can be filled. Persons who have knowledge of surveys in any African country are asked to study the list in relation to that country and to send any relevant information, to the Division of Research and'Statistics of ECA. In this way it is hoped to keep the list up to date and to publish a more complete version in due course.
