This manual is the next step in this direction and is aimed at operationalizing the earlier guidelines. Considerable part of the manual is devoted to an explanation of that IPDP means as well as the mechanics of putting the IPDP process into practice at the macro level. Equally, much attention is devoted to a discussion of the IDPD process in the agricultural sector. In subsequent manuals in the series, other sectors will be considered.
