This study is divided into nine substantive chapters Chapter II provides a statement of some main economic and technical characteristics of the various groups of textile industries
Chapter III contains a country wise analysis of the current textile situation as well as an assessment of overall supply and its components in 1964, the base year adopted. Chapter IX indicates the need for a sub-regional frame work and Chapter X provides an assessment of future demand in accordance with the rough first. orientations about the planned future economic development of the sub-region made available.
