Statement by the executive secretary on ECA activities since the sixth session of the commission

Abstract

There have been three notable achievements in the building of institu tions during the last year: the establishment of the African Development Banks the final launching of the African Institute for Economic Development and Planning and the first meeting of the Conference of African Planners.
