Abstract
The High Level Regional Consultative Meeting on Financing for Development and Preparatory Meeting for the Third United Nations Conference on the Least Developed Countries was held in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, from 15 to 17 November 2000. The meeting was focused on the importance of domestic resource mobilization for the economic and social development of Africa.
