Résumé
Communication is an expression of human society it is a fundamental characteristic of human beings to communicate. Communication is indeed necessary for learning, for transfer o f experience, for inquiry for dialogue and debate and for bringing about change. The role of communication is vital particularly in the context of bringing about change of attitudes and behavior. In this task of helping attitudinal and behavioral change, communication efforts are based upon the existing values and arms of the people while at the same time purporting to change them through the voluntary efforts of the people themselves.
