Mission report to participate in the 27th Council Meeting of the North African Port Management Association (NAPMA)

Abstract

The mission was undertaken in response to the invitations received by the Economic Commission for Africa (ECA) from the President and the Secretary- General of the North Africa Port Management Association (NAPMA). The objectives of the mission were: To participate in the 27Th Council Meeting of NAPMA; To present to the NAPMA member ports a draft Rules of Procedure for the establishment of Pan-African Association for Port Co operation (PAPC) following the approval of PAPC Constitution by NAPMA member ports.
