Abstract

This paper focuses on the Report organized by the Pan African Development Information System, the Fourth Meeting of the Standing Committee on the Harmonization and Standardization of Documentation and Information Systems at Regional and sub-regional Institutions in Africa was held at the Headquarters of the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa from 11-13 November 1991.
