Abstract
This paper reflects the firm commitment of the ECA Secretariat to recommendations of the Intergovernmental Committee on the development and utilization of new and renewable sources of energy for co-ordinated implementation of NPA, which is evaluated now on the eve of the tenth anniversary of its adoption.
