Report of the regional workshop on strengthening human resources management capabilities within the transport and communications sector in Africa

Abstract

The Executive Secretary stressed the role of human resources and institutional development in the improvement of the transport and communications sector and pointed out the activities which ECA undertook in collaboration with specialized UN agencies to develop a new approach for analyzing problems of human resources and institutional development in the sector.
