Abstract

This paper focuses on Entrepreneurship development for the establishement of Small-and Medium-Scale Industries (SMIs) output 3(b). the study essentially stresses three points, namely: i) the policies and support services instituted in some countries to sustain and develop entrepreneurship and the enterprises themselves; ii) training policies launched in selected countries to develop entrepreneurship and selfemployment; iii) the policies and measures that African countries should adopt and implement for SMI promotion. for encouraging them to play their role fully in industrial development.
