Report of the Fifth Meeting of the Committee of Officials of West African IGO's

Abstract

The fifth meeting of the committee of the officials of the association of West African Intergovernmental Organizations was held on 22 and 23 March 1991 at Niamey in the Republic of Niger. Opening statements were made by the representative of the Government of Niger, the Director of the Niamey-based MULPOC on behalf of the Executive secretary of the ECA and the representative of the current chairman of the Association of West African Intergovernmental Organizations.
