Résumé
This paper will review and then discuss the reasons for this poor record of human resources management and utilization and how it has fuelled brain drain from the continent to the developed countries. Specifically, the discussions and analyses will be limited to the problem of brain drain in African Universities, its trends, implications and remedies called for to arrest the situation; and will try to propose a course of action to pre-empt the likelihood of brain drain disaster in the African Universities.
