Abstract

The present document presents information on the Memorandum on the Conference on the Role of African Central Banks in development and investment in Africa : Geneva, Switzerland, from 3 - 7 Dec. 1973. The purpose of this Conference is to examine the role of African Central Banks or similar monetary institutions in the economic development of their respective countries and Africa. The framework within which this is achieved including African investment laws will also be examined.
