This paper focused on the problems of regional integration of the economically relatively less developed countries, held at Guatemala City from 23 to 28 October 1967, was organized by the Economic Commission for Latin America (ECLA) in response to recommendations which the Latin, American Governments had been making to the ECLA secretariat since 1965.
