Abstract
This paper focuses on the industrial growth of Africa in the main is a record of developments during the last ten to fifteen years. Starting from a comparatively small base, in absolute and relative -terms, it is estimated that the gross business output of the manufacturing sector in the developing economies of Africa amounted to US$ 11,000 million in 1967.
