dc.description.abstractThe meeting of the twenty third session of the Joint Advisory group UNCTAD/GATT met in Geneva, Switzerland from 23 to 27 April 1990. There were seventy eight countries represented of which eighteen were from Africa. Twelve international organizations as well as non governmental organizations also attended in addition to the GAtt, UNCTAD and ITC. The group elected his Excellency K.E. Nouama (Cote d’ivoire) as chairman , Mr. N. Stancanelli (Argentina) and M. Lebkovski (Poland) aas vice chairman , and Ms. J,O. Rosebrugh (Canada) as rapporteur.en
