Abstract

At the nineteenth meeting of the Fifth Committee, on 28 October 1988, the secretariat was requested to provide additional information on the Secretary- General’s proposals for a revised programme structure of the next medium-term plan, referred to in the draft- introduction to that plan (A/43/329). The present note contains this additional information. A proposal for a revised structure is contained -n annex I to the present document, while the structure of the current medium –term plan is reproducer.
